Return + Refund Policy

If you are reading our return policy, chances are you have made a purchase or are considering making a purchase from us. In either event, we'd like to THANK YOU! Nothing makes us happier than providing an amazing product and exceptional customer experience.

With Cheek Peek, the return process is clear, easy, and free.

Within 30 calendar days of delivery, Cheek Peek happily accepts returns of items that meet the following criteria:

  • New condition; saleable, unworn, unwashed, & undamaged.
  • Cheek Peek hanging tag attached to the item, in its original condition. 

From the "Start a Return" link at the bottom of the home page, simply enter your (1) order number and, (2) email address, phone number, or zip code.  Then, click, "Start a Return." The website will walk you through the return process.

1) Once your return request is received, you'll be emailed a prepaid United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping label. 

2) Carefully package your unworn return in a free USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail envelope (like the one used at initial shipment).

3) Print and attach your prepaid-label to the envelope.

4) Deliver your package to any USPS location.

5) Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number so we may follow up with USPS, if needed.

6) Look out for an email from us to confirm your return has been received.  Following receipt, we will process your return within 2-3 business days (M-F). Please confirm with your financial institution when the refund will be posted to your account.

You'll receive email notifications along the way so you'll always be informed of the status of your return. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to help@cheekpeek.com. 

What would cause my return request to be denied?

Items returned with obvious use, missing or reattached hanging tag, animal hair, visible stains, perfume or laundry detergent smell, or similar product conditions may be subject to denial and sent back to you. Returns outside of the 30-day return policy also cannot be accepted.

What will the return method for my refund be?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

When will I be refunded?

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 3 business days (M-F) after your return is received at our warehouse. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts.

Cheek Peek is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item.
